Role Title: Officer Fintech Operations – Card
Reporting to: Head of Operations

Purpose
As the Card Operations Officer, you will play a vital role in managing all card-related operational activities and ensuring smooth execution of card services. You will oversee daily operations including issuance, transaction processing, reconciliation, disputes, and coordination with third-party providers. Your contribution will be central to maintaining efficiency, compliance, and outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee card operations including issuance, activation, maintenance, and replacements for physical and digital cards
Monitor card transactions and ensure timely processing, settlement, and reconciliation with third-party processors and schemes
Handle customer disputes and chargebacks in line with scheme rules and internal policies
Collaborate with product, tech, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations
Identify and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and exceptions
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and card scheme requirements
Maintain strong relationships with processors, vendors, and scheme partners
Support audits with documentation and operational insights
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and SOPs for card operations
Identify areas for process improvement and implement workflow enhancements
Participate in building and scaling the people, processes, and technology needed for card operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy of card transaction processing and reporting
Timeliness of reconciliation and settlement
Efficiency in card operations and issue resolution
Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
Positive feedback from vendors and partners
Implementation of operational process improvements
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in card operations or related fields
Strong knowledge of card schemes (Visa, ONS), processors, and transaction flows
Hands-on experience with card management, processing, reconciliation, and reporting
Understanding of fintech compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or relevant field
Familiarity with financial systems and software
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on continuous improvement

الإشراف على عمليات البطاقات بما في ذلك الإصدار والتفعيل والصيانة والاستبدال للبطاقات الرقمية والمادية
مراقبة المعاملات وضمان معالجتها والتسوية والمطابقة في الوقت المناسب مع المعالجات الخارجية
التعامل مع النزاعات وطلبات الاسترجاع وفقًا لقواعد الأنظمة وسياسات الشركة
التعاون مع فرق المنتج والتقنية والدعم لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة
حل المشكلات التشغيلية والفروق والمعاملات المستثناة

بناء علاقات قوية مع المعالجات والموردين والشركاء
