Corporate Affairs Lead | Oman

Lead corporate strategy, manage stakeholders, and enhance reputation! We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Affairs Lead to oversee corporate communications, CSR initiatives, and government relations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels at relationship-building and driving impact across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate affairs strategy aligned with company goals.

  • Support executive management in policy advocacy, corporate positioning, and public representation.

  • Design, oversee, and evaluate CSR programs that promote community engagement and social impact.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, regulators, and public agencies.

  • Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and public relations activities, ensuring alignment with brand values.

  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder engagement framework and database.

  • Support media relations, press releases, digital communications, and internal staff engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide strategic guidance on implications for the company.

  • Promote and safeguard the company’s image, reputation, and brand identity at local, national, and regional levels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate affairs, government relations, or communications.

  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, and networking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Expertise in communication planning, media relations, crisis management, and PR frameworks.

  • Experience in CSR, local governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate events management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
