Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Meet customers and assist them in selecting tiles and sanitaryware suited to their needs.

  • Product Expertise: Provide expert product knowledge, advice, and recommendations.

  • Order Management: Handle inquiries, quotes, and follow up on customer orders.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

  • Records & Transactions: Manage customer records and transactions, including payments and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree.

  • Preferably experienced in sales, particularly in tiles, sanitaryware, or home improvement, though freshers can apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi.

  • Must be available in Oman with NOC.

  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
