Job Description

      • Conduct regular HSE inspections on the construction site to verify compliance with the EPC contractor’s HSE plan and end-client requirements.

      • Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and issue corrective actions or recommendations.

      • Check implementation of PPE, work permits, lifting operations, work-at-height activities, hot works, traffic management, housekeeping, and other safety-related controls.

      • Participate in incident and near-miss reporting and conduct basic investigations when needed.

      • Prepare concise HSE visit reports for the Project Manager and follow up on the closure of corrective actions.

وصف الوظيفة




      • إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSE) في موقع المشروع للتحقق من الالتزام بخطة المقاول EPC والمتطلبات الخاصة بالعميل النهائي.


      • تحديد المخاطر والأعمال أو الحالات غير الآمنة، وإصدار الإجراءات التصحيحية أو التوصيات اللازمة.


      • التحقق من تطبيق معدات الحماية الشخصية، تصاريح العمل، عمليات الرفع، العمل على الارتفاعات، الأعمال الساخنة، إدارة الحركة، ومعايير النظافة والتنظيم.


      • المشاركة في الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والأخطاء القريبة (Near Miss) والمساهمة في التحقيقات الأساسية.


      • إعداد تقارير مختصرة لزيارات HSE ورفعها لمدير المشروع، مع متابعة إغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
