المسؤوليات الرئيسية




    • قيادة وتيسير جلسات جمع المتطلبات مع أصحاب المصلحة.


    • توثيق العمليات التجارية والقواعد ومسارات المستخدم بطريقة واضحة ومنظمة.


    • إعداد وثائق المشروع التفصيلية بما في ذلك FSD وFDD وTDD.


    • التعاون مع الفرق التقنية لضمان تنفيذ دقيق للمتطلبات.


    • دعم اختبارات القبول UAT، وتوضيح المتطلبات، ومراجعة العيوب، والعمل مع المستخدمين لضمان سير الاختبارات بسلاسة.


    • تطوير مواد تدريبية وتدريب المستخدمين على الأنظمة أو الميزات الجديدة.


    • ضمان المواءمة بين احتياجات العمل والتصميم الفني والجداول الزمنية للمشروع.

    • خبرة مثبتة في دور مشابه كمحلل أعمال.


    • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تحليل الأعمال ضمن مشاريع التكنولوجيا أو أتمتة سير العمل أو التحول الرقمي.


    • مهارات قوية في تحليل العمليات وأساليب التوثيق.


    • القدرة على إعداد وثائق FSD وFDD وTDD بجودة عالية.


    • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا).


    • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وتيسير ورش العمل.


    • خبرة في دعم UAT وتقديم التدريب للمستخدمين.

Job Summary

    SDS is seeking a Software Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital transformation and automation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent documentation skills, and proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

    • Document business processes, rules, and user journeys in a clear and structured format.

    • Prepare detailed project documentation including FSD, FDD, and TDD.

    • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

    • Support UAT activities, clarify requirements, review defects, and work with end users to ensure smooth testing.

    • Develop training materials and deliver training for business users on new systems or features.

    • Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and project timelines.

Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role.

    • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis within technology, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects.

    • Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation practices.

    • Ability to produce high-quality FSD, FDD, and TDD documentation.

    • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

    • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Experience supporting UAT and delivering user training.
