Role & Responsibilities

  • Launch and operate Stranger Soccer in the assigned city, bringing the brand to life locally.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a central team (2-3 persons) and freelance Official Hosts (game hosts).

  • Identify and secure prime football venues to host Stranger Soccer games.

  • Oversee game schedules, ensuring a delightful customer experience that keeps players returning.

Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Drive creative sales and marketing campaigns both digitally and on-the-ground.

  • Introduce customers to the platform as the convenient, preferred way to play football.

  • Utilize the support and guidance from the Singapore headquarters operations and technology team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for football with a strong connection to the local football scene.

  • Business or management background, ideally with customer service experience.
