Passionate about football (soccer) and business? Stranger Soccer is expanding to key cities around the world. We are looking for a License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Oman.

This is not a traditional management role – it is designed for someone who wants to own and operate their own business while making the world's greatest sport accessible to everyone. This role suits an adventurous, football-passionate entrepreneur.

Responsibilities

  • Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2–3 persons) and a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to start operations.

  • Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games.

  • Engage in creative sales and marketing, both digital and hands-on, to introduce customers to the platform.

  • Oversee game schedules, ensuring a high-quality experience that keeps customers returning.

  • Leverage support from the Singapore headquarters operations and technology team.

  • Business or management experience, ideally in customer service or operations.
