Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Muscat. The role involves creating and designing distinctive floral arrangements while collaborating closely with customers to understand and fulfill their floral needs. It also includes decorating various events and spaces using floral elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create unique and visually appealing flower arrangements

  • Collaborate with customers to tailor floral designs to their preferences

  • Decorate events and themed spaces with floral installations

  • Maintain inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of flowers

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in flower arrangements and floral design

  • High creativity with the ability to produce innovative floral concepts

  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to exceed client expectations

  • Experience in event decoration and thematic floral installations

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Previous experience in floral design is an advantage

  • Passion for floral artistry and awareness of current trends
