Role Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks
Create hand-crafted latte art and maintain beverage consistency
Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
Manage inventory, stock, and basic cash handling
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in coffee preparation, espresso creation, and latte art
Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
