Role Summary

The Head of Performance & Analytics will lead cross-functional projects, mentor the Performance team, and develop dashboards and reports to guide key business decisions. You will perform in-depth analyses of business challenges, optimize growth channels, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects with country teams and other departments.

• Develop and mentor the Performance team to enhance skills and autonomy.

• Design, maintain, and optimize performance metrics, reports, and dashboards.

• Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and present actionable recommendations.

• Identify, develop, and optimize growth channels to increase revenue.

• Analyze marketing and sales data, including campaign results, traffic, and conversion rates, to inform future strategies.

• Experiment with new ideas and initiatives to improve growth and achieve targets.

• Provide inputs to enhance operational efficiency across departments.

• Collaborate across teams to share insights, feedback, and results.

• Leverage and improve existing tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

• Automate reporting and build scalable solutions for stakeholder self-service.
