Role Summary

We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager to oversee forecasting, replenishment, and inventory availability for tMart—our fast-growing grocery cloud store offering 30-minute delivery across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, and Iraq.

Details

• Organize and oversee country-level forecasting for store supplies, replenishment POs, and product availability
• Accountable for demand planning and replenishment performance for all tMart stores and regional warehouses
• Ensure accurate analysis and reporting of inventory, stock levels, and purchase forecasts
• Provide insights, plans, and initiatives to maintain availability aligned with business targets
• Optimize supplier service levels, stock ageing, and holding value
• Solve replenishment challenges proactively for warehouse and stores
• Guide demand planners and admins to ensure efficient workflow
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to safeguard supply continuity
• Lead system migrations and ensure successful onboarding of new planning tools
• Propose automation initiatives to reduce manual processes
• Continuously refine forecasting models and integrate key influencing factors
• Support replenishment for capacity expansion (e.g., 3PL warehouses, cross-docking)
• Guide teams on supplier scheduling for warehouse and store efficiency
• Build dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and operational progress
• Drive actions to meet availability KPIs per category, supplier, and product

Qualifications

• Ability to guide senior-level executives and manage multi-stakeholder expectations
• FMCG experience in demand planning and replenishment is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, time management, and analytical tools
• Hands-on, data-driven, detailed-oriented, and tech-savvy personality
• Proven leadership with experience coordinating and managing teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Autonomous decision-maker and problem solver
• Ability to lead full operational cycles while involving stakeholders when required
