Position Overview

      The Junior Recruiter will support the HR team in the process of searching and selecting engineering and technical profiles for projects within our client companies.

Responsibilities

      • Posting job ads on major recruiting platforms

      • Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate outreach

      • Conducting first-stage interviews (phone or remote)

      • Managing and updating the candidate database

      • Collaborating with the technical team to understand profile requirements

Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in humanities, economics, psychology, human resources, or related fields

      • Strong interest in HR and technical/engineering recruiting

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

      • Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong motivation to learn
