Real Estate Consultant

Join VP Realty and help clients find their perfect property! Be part of a dynamic team in Muscat, guiding clients through real estate transactions with expertise, professionalism, and a client-first approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

  • Support property transactions and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting.

  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Offer training and guidance to clients on real estate processes and documentation.

  • Analyze market trends to provide informed recommendations and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in real estate and property management.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client advisory skills.

  • Experience in training or guiding clients in property-related processes.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with the Muscat real estate market is a plus.
