Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of smart city projects within scope, time, and budget.

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, Big Data, and GIS for enhanced urban infrastructure.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary liaison between government agencies, private partners, and local communities.

Key Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in smart city, infrastructure, or technology-driven urban projects.

  • Proven record in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in IoT, AI, Cloud Computing, GIS, and smart city platforms.

  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with excellent communication.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP, Smart City Professional Certification, or equivalent.

  • تنسيق فرق متعددة التخصصات تضم مهندسين ومخططين ومزودي خدمات خارجيين.

  • مراقبة الأداء وضمان جودة التنفيذ من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

التقنية والابتكار

  • تحديد وتقييم التقنيات الناشئة مثل إنترنت الأشياء (IoT) والذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات الضخمة (Big Data) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS).

  • تنفيذ حلول المدن الذكية في مجالات الطاقة والنقل والسلامة العامة وإدارة النفايات وتجربة المواطن.

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مشاريع المدن الذكية أو البنية التحتية أو تطوير التقنيات.

  • سجل ناجح في إدارة مشاريع متعددة الأطراف وواسعة النطاق.

المهارات التقنية:

  • إلمام بتقنيات المدن الذكية مثل إنترنت الأشياء، الذكاء الاصطناعي، الحوسبة السحابية، ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية.
