About the Job

Wood is recruiting a Construction Superintendent to join its Projects team, working across FEED and Detailed Design scopes. The role involves full responsibility for construction and contractor-related deliverables, supervising work areas on small projects or specific disciplines on larger projects, and managing installation, commissioning, and completion activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project phases including detailed technical design and develop effective strategies for successful delivery.

• Ensure all Safety and Quality control procedures are followed, achieving the highest safety standards.

• Participate in pre- and post-contract award discussions with Asset Owners to define user requirements.

• Track and review project deliverables and join project progress reviews.

• Solve project execution challenges during development stages.

• Conduct or supervise site inspections to validate project progress.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Minimum 5 years on major capital projects.

• Strong background in Construction Management and Site Management.

• Experience in an Oil & Gas operating company is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

تبحث شركة Wood عن مشرف إنشاءات للانضمام إلى فريق المشاريع، للعمل ضمن نطاقات أعمال FEED والتصميم التفصيلي. يتولى المرشح مسؤولية كاملة عن مستندات الإنشاء والمقاولين، والإشراف على مناطق العمل في المشاريع الصغيرة أو التخصصات المحددة في المشاريع الأكبر، بالإضافة إلى إدارة أنشطة التركيب والتشغيل واستكمال الأعمال.

المسؤوليات

• قيادة مراحل المشروع، بما في ذلك التصميم التفصيلي، ووضع الاستراتيجيات المناسبة لتحقيق المتطلبات الفنية.

• ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والجودة وتحقيق أعلى مستوى من معايير السلامة.

• المشاركة في مناقشات ما قبل وما بعد منح العقود مع مالكي الأصول لتحديد المتطلبات.

• متابعة مخرجات المشروع والمشاركة في اجتماعات المراجعة الدورية.

• حل التحديات التنفيذية التي تظهر خلال مراحل تطوير المشروع.

• إجراء أو الإشراف على الزيارات الموقعية للتأكد من دقة تقدم العمل.

• توجيه وم mentoring المهندسين الجدد.

• تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة.
