Position: Project Engineer
Location: Muscat, Oman
Schedule: Full-time
Employment Type: Employee
Reporting Manager: Director Project Delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of engineering and project management experience

  • At least 3 years within the oil & gas sector

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated leadership in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of technical and commercial risks in oil & gas project development

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven capability in leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects

  • Experience managing project Cost, Schedule, and Resourcing

  • Understanding of In-Country Value (ICV) requirements

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Effective interfaces and risk management

  • Effective project resource management

  • سجل مثبت في تسليم المشاريع المعقدة بنجاح

المهارات والمعرفة:

  • قيادة مثبتة في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)

  • مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة

  • فهم شامل للمخاطر التقنية والتجارية في تطوير مشاريع النفط والغاز

  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة

  • القدرة على قيادة مشاريع هندسية متعددة التخصصات

  • خبرة في إدارة تكلفة المشروع، الجدول الزمني، والموارد
