Construction Manager – Oman

We are looking for a highly experienced and committed Construction Manager to join our team and oversee end-to-end construction operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Details

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final handover

  • Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence

  • Coordinate and communicate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost-control documentation

  • Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

  • 7–10 years of experience in construction project management

  • Strong leadership and team-coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and related construction software

  • GCC experience preferred

  • Must be currently available in Oman

المتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات

  • خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع الإنشاءات

  • مهارات قوية في القيادة وتنسيق الفرق

  • قدرة ممتازة على التواصل وحل المشكلات

  • إتقان MS Project وAutoCAD وبرامج البناء ذات الصلة

  • يفضّل وجود خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

  • يجب أن يكون المرشّح متواجدًا حاليًا في عُمان
